At Briskwalk Fragrances, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Return & No Refund Policy. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Return & No Refund
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased from our website.
- Opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, therefore, they are non returnable and non-refundable.
- Once an order is delivered, the items cannot be returned to the seller for any reason.
2. Damaged / Broken / Leaked Products
If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The following process must be followed to initiate an exchange:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear unboxing video of the product along with the original packaging. This is essential for claims on missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.
The unboxing video should clearly show:
- The product in its original packaging.
- Any visible damage, leakage, or incorrect product received.
Once we receive the video and validate the issue, an exchange for the product will be initiated. Please note that the product will be exchanged for the same item, and no refund will be provided.
3. Exchange Process
- If your claim is accepted based on the provided unboxing video and within the specified timeframe (24 hours), we will arrange for an exchange of the product.
- The customer will not be charged for shipping of the exchanged product, but we do not cover the return shipping for products in cases where there is no valid issue.
4. No Exchange or Refund in Other Cases
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products in cases of dissatisfaction with the product or change of mind after purchase.
- If the product is opened, used, or the packaging is damaged by the customer, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
